How to Manage Your Sumext Billing

View Your Current Plan

Go to Settings → Billing.

You'll see:

  • Current plan (Solo / Team / Firm)
  • Monthly or annual billing
  • Next billing date
  • Documents used this month
  • Team members and contractor seats

Upgrade Your Plan

Click Upgrade Plan on the Billing page.

Select your new plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

Switch to Annual Billing

Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly billing.

On the Billing page, click Switch to Annual.

Pricing:

  • Solo: $15/month (billed $180/year)
  • Team: $39/month (billed $468/year)
  • Firm: $79/month (billed $948/year)

Add Contractor Seats (Solo plan)

On the Solo plan, contractor seats are available as an add-on at $5/month per seat.

Go to Settings → Billing → Add contractor seats. Select the number of seats. Click Confirm, charge is immediate.

Cancel Your Subscription

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.

Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you lose access to the app but your data is retained for 30 days.

To export your data before cancelling, go to Settings → Export Data.

Billing Questions

Where is my invoice/receipt?

Go to Settings -> Billing -> Billing History. Download any past invoice as a PDF.

I was charged incorrectly.

Email support@sumext.com with your account email and the charge amount. We'll resolve it within 1 business day.
